Job description

Our team in Quantico, Virginia is seeking a Watch Officer (Mid) to join our team. This position is located on-site in Quantico. No remote or hybrid opportunities are available. An active Secret Clearance is required. Job Description: * Monitor the operational status of MCEN services and systems * Receive and track network outages, incidents and significant events * Maintain situational awareness for the operations center/watch floor * Coordinate with network operations, cybersecurity, service desk, field teams and stakeholders * Escalate significant incidents to the technical teams and leadership * Track incidents through resolution and ensure proper documentation * Prepare shift turnover reports, daily operational summaries and incident reports * Participate in incident bridges or conference calls during major outages * Monitor trouble tickets Job Requirements: * 7 years’ experience working in similar environments * Experience in a NOC, SOC, help desk, command center, or DoD watch environment * Strong communication skills, written and verbal Education and Certification Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Security+ Certification We use E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.
