Schedule

Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:00 PM and alternating Saturdays

Job Summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SUTS Counselor to participate in the development and implementation of Individual Treatment Plans, facilitate the provision of appropriate therapeutic and rehabilitative services, and monitor the progress of participants.

Responsibilities

  • Provide culturally and logistical appropriate individual and/or group counseling sessions
  • Promote an effective recovery environment
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Participate in supervision and case consultations
  • Coordinate care with internal and external resources
  • Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Certified Alcohol and other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

New certifiable staff must obtain IAODAPCA certification within two years of employment with PWC
