Community Healthcare Marketing Representative

Overview: The Community Healthcare Marketing Representative plays a pivotal role in connecting with sources for census and promoting the company's services to clients and their families. This position demands a dynamic individual with high energy, creativity, and a goal-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will excel in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bring viable patient referrals to the agency.
  • Develop new referral sources within the community.
  • Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources through daily visits to various organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and adult daycares to provide education and information.
  • Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and ensure follow-through.
  • Coordinate events and act as a community liaison by participating in health fairs, awareness days, and similar events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of marketing and sales experience.
  • At least one year of experience in community healthcare, home care marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively serve low-income, disadvantaged, and hard-to-reach populations.
  • Highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to drive census and meet sales expectations.
