Business Development Manager - Oil & Gas Completions
Location: Denver, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Manager specializing in oil & gas completions to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering completion-focused solutions that meet customer operational and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the completions segment (fracturing, cementing, well intervention, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators, service companies, and key industry stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead client engagements, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized completion solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer retention
  • Track sales pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasting and reporting

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-10 years of experience in oil & gas business development or sales, with a focus on completions
  • Strong knowledge of completion technologies, including hydraulic fracturing, cementing, and well stimulation
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
