Job Summary and Qualifications

The Cellular Therapy Laboratory (CTL) technologist is responsible for performing complex technical procedures for the processing, cryopreservation, storage and testing of hematopoietic stem cells and cellular therapy (CAR-T) products for transplantation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, FACT, and/or other regulatory agencies) and internal SOPs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in life science (Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology or related field)

Previous experience in a cellular therapy lab and procedures is preferred

2 years of experience working in a cellular therapy laboratory setting. Familiarity with cellular therapy laboratory equipment operations and experience in aseptic techniques.

Knowledge and experience of hematopoietic stem cell / CAR-T cell processing and protocols.

Knowledge and experience of flow cytometry and multiparametric flow cytometry analysis. Experience working in a regulatory environment and knowledge of FDA, cGMP, cGTP.
