Clinical Pharmacist – Bone Marrow Transplant & Cellular Therapy – Las Vegas, NV

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Days | Rotating Weekends
Compensation: $64.16 – $83.41/hour
Weekend Differential: $1.50/hour
Relocation Assistance: Available on a Case-by-Case Basis

Overview

A nationally recognized transplant and cellular therapy program in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Oncology, and Cellular Therapy. This role supports both outpatient oncology services and inpatient BMT/hematology care while working alongside specialized physicians, oncology nurses, and multidisciplinary transplant teams.

This is a highly specialized clinical opportunity focused on hematologic malignancies, stem cell transplantation, CAR T-cell therapies, BiTE therapies, and advanced oncology pharmacotherapy management within a collaborative and academically driven environment.

The position offers significant autonomy and is designed for an experienced oncology pharmacist who can function as a subject matter expert in transplant and cellular therapy pharmacology.

    • Allogeneic stem cell transplant

    • Hematologic malignancy management

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy support for oncology, hematology, BMT, and cellular therapy patients
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to optimize oncology and transplant treatment regimens
  • Support pharmacotherapy management for stem cell transplant and immune effector cellular therapy patients
  • Participate in therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical intervention activities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain evidence-based protocols, guidelines, and order sets
  • Counsel patients regarding oncology therapies, transplant medications, and supportive care regimens
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, interdisciplinary committees, and clinical research support
  • Rotate between outpatient cancer care clinic and inpatient BMT/oncology services
QualificationsRequired
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Active Nevada Pharmacist license
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
  • PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Residency OR 5+ years of clinical oncology practice experience
  • Experience within a BMT/Oncology clinic environment
  • Strong clinical knowledge in hematology, oncology, and transplant pharmacotherapy
Preferred
  • Experience with collaborative practice agreements
  • CAR T-cell or cellular therapy experience
  • Prior academic medical center or transplant program experience
