We are seeking a caring, dependable Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. What You’ll Do as a PTA
  • Provide physical therapy treatments according to individualized plans of care developed by the Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Treat residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient therapy settings
  • Communicate resident progress, concerns, and recommendations to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques based on resident presentation and plan of care
  • Participate in care plan meetings when requested by the Director of Rehabilitation
  • Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries
  • Complete daily billing and documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
  • Maintain compliance with state practice acts, professional ethics, and company policies
  • Support a collaborative, residentcentered, interdisciplinary rehab approach

  • Active state PTA license or certification (required)
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and treatment techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
