We are seeking a caring, dependable Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. In this role, you’ll work across skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient therapy, delivering handson care that truly improves quality of life.

What You’ll Do as a PTA
  • Provide physical therapy treatments according to individualized plans of care developed by the Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Treat residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient therapy settings
  • Communicate resident progress, concerns, and recommendations to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques based on resident presentation and plan of care
  • Participate in care plan meetings when requested by the Director of Rehabilitation
  • Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries
  • Complete daily billing and documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
  • Maintain compliance with state practice acts, professional ethics, and company policies
  • Support a collaborative, residentcentered, interdisciplinary rehab approach

  • Active state PTA license or certification (required)
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and treatment techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
