Job Title

Pay Rate: $34/HR

MUST HAVE: Any in lab processing work (Wet lab cultures, bio reactors, chromatography. Anything showing some sort of statistical analysis. Participation showing as a "leader", or specific "role" in something. Shows ownership

Education Minimum Requirement: Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably chemical, biochemical, biological or similar), chemistry, biochemistry or molecular biology.

Preferred Experience and Skills: Candidates should have previous internship/work experience in similar field. Candidates should have leadership role experience. Candidates should have familiarity with microbiological, molecular, or biochemistry principals including sterile processing, biologic or vaccine processing, and cGMP experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and as a team member with integrity, respect, precision, ambition, and inclusion.
  • Provide technical support for vaccine, biologic, and sterile manufacturing processes in the form of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and report writing.
  • Implement and incorporate data analysis techniques including statistical process control to improve process understanding.
  • Evaluate and develop innovative process technologies, continuous process improvements, and post-transfer process enhancements.
  • Lead technical studies and author reports to advance project goals and deliverables.
  • Author and support change control implementation for both site and global changes.
  • Support manufacturing processes such as cell culture, fermentation, filling, packaging, emulsion production, and lyophilization.
  • Support technical investigations via troubleshooting, root cause analysis, product impact assessments, and identifying corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
  • Support seamless and rapid technology transfers.
  • Recommend and support the creation of automation and process control.
  • Author and review procedures for operation of equipment and processes.
  • Contribute to process and equipment safety reviews, process hazard analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Help empower teams to achieve the site's mission, vision, and goals through efficient and safe operation of process systems.
  • Perform off-shift work (only as needed).
