Method & Lab Support
- Assist with method qualification, transfer, and troubleshooting
- Help ensure consistency and quality of assay execution
Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately record work in lab notebooks/e-systems
- Follow GMP documentation practices and data integrity standards
Team Support
- Help coordinate daily lab activities and support team workflow
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed
- Act as a go-to resource for technical questions on the team

- Work closely with clients, peers and supervisors to meet timelines and deliverables

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field
- 4+ years of hands-on industry lab experience (GMP required; academic-only backgrounds are not a fit)
- Strong technical background in cell-based assays, reporter-gene assays, ELISAs, 96-well plate workflows, multi-channel pipetting, cell culture, cell counting, and cell banking

- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Technical depth may offset the need for formal leadership experience
