This key role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, event planners, and industry influencers while managing negotiations and securing contracts for group bookings. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, skilled in client relationship management, and adept at working cross-functionally with marketing, events, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

  • Negotiations & Contracts: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable contract terms that align with the resort's business objectives and profitability goals.
  • Client Service Excellence: Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage requests in a timely, professional manner to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales strategies with promotional efforts and operational capabilities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to management to evaluate business performance and sales strategies.
