Job Summary
Servers at Hampton House are the face of elevated nightlife. This is not your average serving role- it's an experience in hospitality, precision, and performance. Servers are expected to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-profile members-only environment, where every step-of-service and guest interaction reflects the exclusivity of the brand.
This role thrives on energy, elegance, and sharp situational awareness. It requires comfort with high-volume service, live entertainment, and late-night crowds, all while maintaining impeccable composure and style.
Responsibilities
Service Execution
  • Deliver high-level service with precision, speed, and composure
  • Present and upsell premium bottle packages, wine lists, and curated spirit selections
  • Execute flawless table-side presentation in collaboration with bar and VIP teams
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu, wines, top-shelf spirits and cocktails
  • Prepare and serve in coordination with food and beverage standards, including garnish precision
  • Own your section (clean, reset, stocked, and on-brand at all times)
  • Demonstrate responsible alcohol service aligned with TABC and venue policy

Atmosphere and Presence
  • Maintain a refined, polished presence that aligns with Hampton House's elevated environment
  • Navigate a high-energy room with ease, confidence, and unshakable composure
  • Greet and serve VIP tables with professionalism, warmth, and quiet attentiveness
  • Project professionalism and poise in every interaction (Ex. body language, tone, and timing matter)
  • Balance warmth and discretion, especially when serving high-profile or private guests

Team Collaboration
  • Communicate fluidly with VIP hosts, bartenders, security, and management
  • Collaborate with security and hosts to ensure guest discretion and comfort
  • Jump in to support team flow during bottle presentations and peak traffic hours
  • Take ownership of guest satisfaction and encourage return visits through authentic connection

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, bottle service, or fine dining
  • Proven ability to serve high-profile clientele, including VIPs and public figures, with polish and discretion
  • Working knowledge of top-shelf spirits, wine varietals, champagne service, and high-end cocktail prep
  • TABC and Food Handler Certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume nightlife setting
  • Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in members-only clubs, celebrity events, or fashion/entertainment hospitality
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Background in promotional modeling, hosting, or nightlife performance work

Compensation
This role operates under a Service Charge pay model. A set service charge is automatically added to guest checks and distributed among eligible front-of-house team members. This structure supports consistent, commission-based earnings and qualifies for the 7(i) overtime exemption.
