The Role

We're looking for a reliable, professional Class A CDL Driver to support pickup and hub transfer routes across our New York locations. You'll be a critical part of our supply chain - keeping product moving safely, on time, and in compliance. 1,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:
  • Run routes between our Rochester hub and NY brand locations, with day hauls to other Nabis hubs
  • Overnight stays in the Bronx Monday-Thursday (DOT-compliant scheduling)
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip safety inspections in line with company SOPs and OSHA standards
  • Secure cargo using chains and binders; re-verify load stability throughout trips
  • Inspect trailers for air line and jack position status before and after loading
  • Visit weigh stations as required and adjust loads to meet state safety regulations
  • Assist with unloading at understaffed delivery sites while maintaining product integrity
  • Keep fleet vehicles clean, secure, and flagged for any maintenance needs
  • Navigate routes via GPS; communicate with dispatch via CB radio and cab computer
  • Maintain professional communication with warehouse teams and dispatch at all times

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of occupational driving experience
  • Airbrake endorsement required
  • Up-to-date medical card
  • Must be 21+
  • Availability for routes Monday-Thursday
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
  • Strong judgment, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfortable adopting new technology quickly
