Job description

Employment Attorney – Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Most employment law positions ask you to choose between litigation and counseling. This opportunity offers both. Join a highly respected boutique employment practice where attorneys divide their time between sophisticated litigation and strategic advice for an elite client base that includes A-list celebrities, Fortune 100 executives, CEOs, and other ultra-high-net-worth individuals. If you enjoy solving complex legal problems before they become disputes—and litigating them when they do - this is a rare opportunity to build a truly balanced employment law practice.

Why This Opportunity Stands Apart

  • This is not a traditional employment litigation position.
  • Attorneys split their practice between approximately 50% litigation and 50% strategic advice and counsel
  • The work spans executive separations, employment counseling, compliance, negotiations, investigations, and litigation, creating a sophisticated practice that is both intellectually challenging and highly varied.
  • The client base is equally distinctive - advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, A-list celebrities, Fortune 100 executives, CEOs, and other influential decision-makers
  • This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy serving as both an advocate and a trusted advisor

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $170,000–$270,000+
  • Three separate bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with safe harbor and profit sharing

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of employment law experience
  • Background in severance, executive exits, compliance, wage and hour matters, or related employment law work
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary: $170,000 - $270,000
