    About the Plumber/Handyman Role

    As a Plumber/Handyman, you will be responsible for various plumbing duties for, installing, altering, and repairing pipelines or pipe systems that carry water, steam, air or other liquids or gases and additionally you will assist in performing general facility repairs and maintenance


    Plumber/Handy Man Key Responsibilities:

    • Able to effectively interact with customers and suppliers, including locating parts, ordering, etc.
    • Ability to trouble shoot and repair waste, water and gas systems
    • Able to utilize rooter and hydro jet equipment and be experienced in both Knowledge of commercial and local plumbing codes and standards
    • Willingness to work hard
    • Clearly enter descriptions of work performed and submit photos per job
    • Submit all receipts for items purchased per job
    • Must be equipped with hand tools associated with trade and most power tools
    • Ability to cover a large work territory
    • Entry level experience in the following fields:
      • Board ups, Minor paint touch-up, Door and cabinet hardware repair
      • Ceramic Tile, VCT
