Looking to be the life and soul of our Bowling Center? We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and outgoing Lane Attendant who loves creating a top-notch experience for our guests, all while keeping our lively bowling center in tip-top shape!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the hero when it comes to cleanliness! You'll empty and clean our kitchen and bar trash cans, keeping those areas sparkling and free of clutter. You'll also respond swiftly and cheerfully to any accidental spills around the center, maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Show off your attention to detail by keeping our parking lot, sidewalk, grassy areas, and flower beds clear of debris. Your commitment to our center's tidiness helps us create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
• Your daily vacuuming wizardry ensures our carpets stay clean, and with your careful touch, every corner, ceiling tile, fan, light fixture, and HVAC vent will be dust-free.
• You'll play a key role in maintaining our bowling equipment, ensuring that the ball returns and scoring tables are always spotless and ready for the next game.
• Everyone loves a clean restroom! You'll ensure our toilets, sinks, and urinals are sanitized and sparkling and that we never run low on essential supplies.
• After each game, you'll help reset the area for our next group of bowlers, placing the house balls back on the racks, ready for action!
• Ready to lend a hand wherever needed, you'll assist in setting up event tables and displays, help your teammates with miscellaneous tasks, and ensure that our customer service experience never misses a beat. This can even include delivering food to customers and washing dishes!
• You'll also help to keep our center in excellent condition with minor building maintenance tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

As part of our team, you'll be TABC certified within the first 14 days of employment and follow all our safety and security standards. You'll be flexible, able to work different shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days to support our lively business!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age, Lane Attendants should possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals and solid communication skills. Porters must be strong team players and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Proven record of success in school and/or previous job experiences. Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, 100 pounds with help and/or assistance.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess bilingual communication skills
• Be TABC certified
