Overview

We are seeking a growth-oriented Director of Sales & Partnerships to lead revenue expansion across our Salesforce and AI services portfolio. This executive will be responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and building high-impact partnerships across the Salesforce ecosystem and emerging AI technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Own and exceed revenue targets across Salesforce implementation, integration, managed services, and AI advisory/implementation offerings. Drive complex, multi-million-dollar consultative sales cycles with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, CRO). Develop and execute go-to-market strategies integrating Salesforce clouds with AI-enabled solutions. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities combining CRM, data, and AI modernization initiatives.
  • AI & Salesforce Solution Positioning: Lead strategic selling around AI-driven use cases such as: Intelligent CRM automation, Predictive sales and service analytics, Generative AI copilots, Data cloud modernization. Partner with delivery and solution architecture teams to shape compelling AI + Salesforce transformation roadmaps. Align offerings with innovations within the Salesforce ecosystem, including AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Data Cloud).
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Leadership: Build executive-level relationships within Salesforce alliances, partner managers, and regional sales teams. Develop joint GTM initiatives with AI, cloud, and data platform partners. Expand co-sell motions and sourced pipeline through ecosystem collaboration. Represent the company at industry, Salesforce, and AI-focused events.
  • Leadership & Operational Excellence: Lead and scale a high-performing sales and alliance team. Establish forecasting discipline, pipeline governance, and KPI management. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Delivery, and Executive Leadership to align growth strategy. Mentor sales leaders on value-based selling and AI solution positioning.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of enterprise IT services sales experience
  • 5+ years selling Salesforce-related consulting or integration services
  • Demonstrated success selling AI, data, analytics, or automation solutions within digital transformation programs
  • Proven track record managing $10M+ revenue portfolios and achieving aggressive growth targets
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, cloud platforms, data modernization, and AI enablement
  • Established relationships within the Salesforce partner ecosystem
  • Experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
Required Education

BA Degree

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working at or partnering closely with Salesforce
  • Background in a Salesforce consulting partner, global system integrator, or mid-market IT services firm
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, hyperscalers, and data ecosystems
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred
