JOB SUMMARY: Ensures quality guest service and satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests for dining in a professional and friendly manner. Provides quality accommodations, in a timely manner, for all dining guests and TRC guests. Operates and maintains computerized guest reservations while also maintaining the flow of guests coming into the restaurant in an efficient manner.

Works with the POS system, cash handling, and maintaining guest wait list. Assists team members as needed or requested.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Successful completion of Tulalip Job Ready Program may be considered in lieu of guest service experience requirement

SKILLS: Must have basic math skills. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of six (6) months experience working with the public utilizing guest relation skills. Minimum of six (6) months work experience as a host and/or cashier in a restaurant preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days from date of hire. Must be flexible to work all venues in a similar position.

Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. Must be able to work any shift assigned to included days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
