Job description

Neuropsychologist Position

Practice neuropsychology the way it should be with a multi-subspecialty outpatient clinic. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, with a real lunch hour and not a single page after the workday ends. AI scribes and a full back-office team handle your documentation and patient messages — so you spend your day with patients, not your inbox.

The Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. No nights. No weekends. No call. Daily volume of about 10 patients.

The Money: $150,000 base salary. Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 in relocation assistance. Zero-deductible medical, dental, and vision coverage. 4 weeks PTO, 5 CE days + $3,000 CE allowance. Full coverage of medical licensing fees. Partnership track at year 3 based on clinical performance and culture fit.

What We're Looking For: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology. Completion of an APA-accredited internship with an emphasis in neuropsychology. Completion of a two-year post-doctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology. Active Tennessee psychology license — or willing to obtain. New graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
