Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Demonstratedexperience with:

  • Architecting scalable, enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

  • Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales and Customer Service.

  • Leading full lifecycle delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, including sales and customer service process design and optimization.

  • Defining and enforcing solution architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across CE implementations.

  • Strong experience with CE customizations using entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate.

  • Designing and delivering integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using Microsoft Dataverse, APIs, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, or middleware platforms.

  • Proficiency leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend and enhance CE capabilities.

  • Ensuring security, compliance, and data governance across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.

  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpretingdata.

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.

  • Ability to translate and communicateissues, risk, or challengesto client personnel, including executives.

  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inarelevant discipline (e.g.,MIS,CIS,Information Technology, or related field)

  • 5+ years working inin professional servicesorrelatedindustry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

  • Professional Certification such asMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant,Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate,Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentalsor similarpreferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.Placement in the range isdependent upon experience,skillsand geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$105,000.00 - $155,000.00
