What You'll DoBusiness Growth & Strategy
  • Execute business unit strategies that drive profitable market share growth and achieve vendor objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new vendor partnerships that complement existing product portfolios.
  • Introduce vendor solutions and product offerings to key retail customers and decision-makers.
  • Create and implement innovative business development initiatives that generate demand and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance across assigned vendor portfolios while maximizing profitability.
Vendor & Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Position TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor by delivering value-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Partner with vendor sales, operations, and marketing teams to execute strategic programs and initiatives.
  • Engage directly with key customer accounts to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and support growth.
Sales Enablement & Market Development
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned vendor brands, technology solutions, and program offerings.
  • Equip sales teams with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to win new business and expand existing opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer training, product awareness initiatives, and educational programs to increase adoption and engagement.
  • Communicate TD SYNNEX's value proposition effectively to customers and partners.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Analyze program performance, sales results, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and business reviews to customers, vendors, and leadership teams.
  • Communicate program successes, challenges, and future strategies to Sales and Vendor Management stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and customer needs within the consumer electronics market.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, product management, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a consumer electronics manufacturer, vendor, distributor, or retailer.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
