Job description

The Pharmacy Technician will assist the Pharmacist in accomplishing the technical components of the pharmacy
business which will include, but not limited to: measuring, mixing, counting, labeling, recording amounts and dosages of
medications. When appropriate or as needed, the Technician may be asked to perform the duties of a Data Entry
Pharmacy Technician.

  • eceive and store incoming inventory or supplies, verify quantities against invoices, reporting any discrepancies
    immediately to the pharmacist.

  • nform Pharmacist or supervisor of stock needs and shortages

  • ccurately fill bottles / bubble cards or Medicine On Time containers with prescribed medications and affix labels

  • ssist Pharmacist with the accurate record keeping of CDS inventory
