    • Partner cross-functionally with developers, lenders, title partners, and internal Compass teams.

    • Support prospect and homeowner events.

    • Contribute to sales messaging aligned with developer objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of direct real estate sales experience.

  • Experience in luxury, new development, master-planned communities, or resort sales strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle real estate transactions.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Active Texas real estate license (Sales Agent or Broker).

  • Currently licensed with Compass or willing to transfer license.

  • Strong understanding of financing structures and contingency processes.

  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • CRM proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite competency.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, on-site environment.
