Your Support System:You'll report to the Front Desk Supervisor & Director of Rooms. You'll collaborate with the Front Desk, Guest Services, and other teams across Lied Lodge and Arbor Day Farm.

How We Work:Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska-Arbor Day Farm Campus Schedule: This is a flexible position with hours based on guest transportation needs. Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Eligible early-morning and late-night hours will receive a shift differential.
Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we're going to do something-it's worth doing well.
What You'll Do:
  • Create a positive beginning and end to each guest's experience by providing transportation to and from the Lincoln and Omaha airports for individual guests and groups.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws, regulations, and organizational safety procedures.
  • Welcome guests, answer questions about the area, Arbor Day Farm, and the Arbor Day Foundation, and help them feel comfortable throughout their ride.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and provide additional support to passengers with disabilities, young children, or other special needs.
  • Help maintain company vehicles by keeping the vans clean, filling them with fuel, monitoring service lights, and occasionally taking them in for scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and represent Arbor Day Farm with warmth, responsibility, and care.
