Experienced OTR CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver Wanted – Lease Operator Position Available


Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is now seeking experienced Class A CDL Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van truck drivers for its Lease Operator program. Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and possess a minimum of 12 months of verifiable OTR driving experience.


Compensation:

  • Gross $4,350–$5,700 per week
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus


Experienced OTR dry van drivers who are ready to build their own trucking business will gain access to quality dry van freight, newer equipment, and the full backing of an established carrier through the ATS Lease Operator program.


Dry Van Lease Operator Program – Experienced CDL-A Drivers

  • Earn $4,350–$5,700 gross weekly
  • Take home $1,500–$2,500 per week after expenses
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Mileage progression pay structure: earnings increase with driving time and tenure
  • Earn 70% of linehaul and accessorial revenue
  • Fuel surcharge guarantee
  • 2023 or newer Freightliner and Peterbilt tractors
  • Fuel discounts plus a tire fund ($1.80 CPM) for new tires when needed
