Experienced OTR CDL-A Lease Purchase Truck Driver – Earn $4,350 to $5,700 Gross Weekly – $3,000 Sign-On Bonus


Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is seeking experienced Class A CDL over-the-road (OTR) drivers for its Dry Van Lease Operator program. This opportunity is designed for experienced OTR drivers who are ready to operate their own trucking business with access to quality freight, newer equipment, and full support from an established carrier.


Earnings and Program Highlights for Experienced Lease Operators:

  • Gross weekly earnings of $4,350 to $5,700
  • Take-home pay of $1,500 to $2,500 weekly after expenses
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Mileage progression pay structure, with earnings increasing based on mileage driven and length of tenure
  • 70% of linehaul revenue and accessorial pay
  • Fuel surcharge guarantee
  • 2023 or newer Freightliner or Peterbilt equipment
  • Fuel discounts and a tire fund providing $1.80 per mile (CPM) toward new tires when needed


Lease Purchase Program Terms:

  • No money down and no credit check required
  • Lease term options of 1, 2, or 3 years
  • End-of-lease purchase option available
  • Two weeks with no fixed expenses
  • Lease completion bonus structure:
  • 2-year lease: $8,000 total bonus ($2,000 after year one, $6,000 after year two)
