We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A Oilfield Sand Drivers to safely transport frac sand and related materials to well sites and customer locations. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Oilfield Sand Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of frac sand and related materials while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company regulations. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport frac sand to designated customer locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Report mechanical issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Maintain accurate transportation documentation, including bills of lading, freight tickets, electronic logs, hours-of-service records, and inspection reports.
  • Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and customer safety requirements.
  • Secure all loads properly and ensure cargo is transported safely.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and operations personnel.
  • Respond appropriately to roadside emergencies, equipment failures, or incidents by following established company procedures.
  • Represent Boyce Logistics LLC with professionalism while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
  • Current DOT Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 months to 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience; oilfield or frac sand experience preferred.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Ability to successfully pass: ○ DOT drug screening
  • Criminal background check
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
  • Employment verification
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
  • Work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
  • Sit for extended periods while operating commercial equipment.
  • Safely climb trailers and equipment as necessary.
  • Frequently bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Operate smartphones, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and company software applications.

Schedule Options
  • 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
  • 6 Weeks On / 1 Week Off

Schedules may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.
