To thrive as a CDL Driver Trainee, you need a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) through classroom and on-the-road training. Familiarity with GPS navigation, logbook systems, and basic vehicle inspection tools is typically required.
