Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable Box Truck Driver to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely maneuver a 26' box truck to efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Load and unload merchandise from the truck using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Verify and confirm the accuracy of delivery orders with customers
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery receipts
  • Communicate with the dispatch team and customers to provide updates on delivery status
  • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery schedules and protocols

Role Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a box truck or delivery driver
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
  • Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety
  • Ability to handle physical demands of loading and unloading goods
