Job description

Title: Informatica IDMC with CAI & CDI
Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled SaaS Informatica IDMC Master Data Management (MDM) professional to design, implement, and support cloud-based MDM solutions. The role focuses on delivering high-quality master data solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), with hands-on responsibility across Master Data Management (Saas), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) ensuring data consistency, governance, and scalability across enterprise systems. Role will be involved with other existing and emerging technology platforms. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.
Responsibilities:

·        Work with business analysts, data analysts, and product owner to understand requirement and develop solutions to solve business and technical problems.

·        Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC) solutions

·        Build and manage data models, configurations of Business 360 Console for MDM

·        Configure match and merge rules, survivorship, hierarchies, and business entities

·        Develop batch integrations using IDMC Cloud Data Integration (CDI) services

·        Implement data quality, validation, and governance rules

·        Integrate MDM with downstream and upstream systems using APIs, ETL, and cloud connectors

·        Lead or support platform enablement and training, ensuring development teams, data stewards, and business users are equipped to effectively use and adopt the platform.

·        Develop and support integrations using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for batch and near-real-time data movement.

·        Implement API-led and event-driven integrations using Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions

·        Support data migration, onboarding, and reconciliation activities

·        Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and data accuracy

·        Participate in UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support

·        Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standard

Must have:

·        Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

·        Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC

·        Ability to build batch integrations using CDI with variety of source and target systems, including databases, flat files, Kafka topics, snowflake etc

·        Hands on experience building Cloud Application Integration (CAI) processes, APIs, and enrichment processes for MDM SaaS

·        Experience in CICD automation with IDMC services

·        Solid understanding of Master Data concepts (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.)

·        Experience with match & merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management

·        Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, xQuery and shell scripting

·        Experience with REST APIs, cloud integrations, and ETL tools

·        Programming experience with XQuery and XPath, desirable for implementing transformations and orchestration logic within Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI).

·        Knowledge of data quality and governance frameworks

·        Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·        Experience with debugging, monitoring, performance tuning of IDMC services

Nice-to-have:

·        Informatica MDM or IDMC certification

·        Experience in multi-domain MDM implementations

·        Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models

·        Experience with Jira
