Job description

The Opportunity
The role. This role drives field and partner marketing for the Americas growth thesis with events that produce pipeline, not booth traffic. AI plans, personalizes, and follows up alongside you as a digital co-worker, so a lean field motion punches above its weight, and every program here is measured on the pipeline it produces. A real channel or partner motion is a hard requirement for this seat.
Key Responsibilities
  • Run field programs and partner co-marketing that create measurable pipeline.
  • Own the Americas regional field marketing strategy and calendar, sequencing programs against pipeline targets and the channel build across our highest-growth product lines, including the public-sector motion.
  • Shift events from trade-show booths toward focused executive dinners, roundtables, and other formats built around real conversations, not reach.
  • Run the digital tactics that support the field motion, webinars, email nurture, and other lightweight touches that extend a program's reach before and after the in-person moment.
  • Build and manage the Americas MDF/CDF program, leading weekly calls with regional and business unit leadership to align funding, priorities, and program status.
  • Manage swag and merchandise logistics, ordering, inventory, and regional distribution, in partnership with the Senior Design Lead on creative.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to identify and develop channel- and partner-facing materials, including battlecards, one-pagers, and localized decks.
  • Coordinate closely with demand generation and creative so field programs are built into the broader campaign engine, not run as a parallel track.
  • Localize the platform story and campaigns for the region.
  • Activate regional customer advocacy, bringing existing customers in as speakers, references, and hosts for field programs.
  • Use AI for event planning, personalization, and follow-up, from pre-event outreach through post-event nurture.
  • Own the regional field budget and vendor relationships, and tie every field dollar to pipeline and opportunity outcomes.
  • Manage the EMEA field marketing manager, who reports into this role.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for a field marketing leader whose events produce measurable pipeline through a real channel or partner motion, not booth traffic, and who uses AI to make a lean regional team punch above its weight.
Required Qualifications
  • AI-first problem solving is the core requirement for this role: you reach for AI first, not last, to think through and solve real problems, treat AI as a digital co-worker rather than an occasional tool, and can point to how you've actually done it. This isn't optional, and it isn't just familiarity with the tools.
  • 6+ years in field or partner marketing in B2B.
  • A proven channel or partner motion, not direct-only experience.
  • A track record of field programs personally accountable for measurable pipeline, not attendance or activity metrics.
  • Experience managing MDF/CDF or channel co-op marketing funds, including budget ownership and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Comfortable in Salesforce.
  • Able to travel as needed.
  • US-based.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Differentiating Capabilities
  • Co-marketing experience alongside the partner relationships themselves.
  • Uses AI to raise the output of a lean field team.
  • Comfortable operating to a PE or growth-equity standard for rapid, measurable scale.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing execution at the strategic, tier-one account level.

What Success Looks Like
Immediate Mandate (First 90 Days)
  • Rebuild the Americas event plan around pipeline outcomes.
  • Launch the first partner co-marketing campaigns with the channel.
  • Set field pipeline targets and tracking with RevOps.
  • Stand up the MDF/CDF process and the first round of weekly regional and business unit alignment calls.

6-12 Months
  • Field and partner co-marketing programs are producing measurable pipeline, not just attendance numbers.
  • Events have shifted from trade-show booths to focused executive dinners and roundtables sales actually wants to attend.
  • The Americas channel build and the public-sector motion have real field support behind them.
  • The MDF/CDF program is running as a predictable, funded cadence with regional and business unit leadership aligned on priorities.
  • Every field dollar ties back to pipeline and opportunity outcomes RevOps can see.
  • The EMEA field marketing manager is running a well-coordinated regional motion under this role.
