Job description

CDAC Behavioral Healthcare is looking for someone to join the WISE team in Circuit 1. This program supports parents in Circuit 1 (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton) who are struggling with substance use concerns.The position requires clinical skills and experience with substance use and mental health disorders, parenting and family issues, and community resources. Candidate should have a working knowledge on the impact of substance use on parents. As part of the WISE Team, the Care Manger will coordinate and assist in addressing all the needs of the families to include substance use, mental health, medical, financial stability, and overall wellness. The Care Manager will work closely with community providers and with child welfare providers to advocate and assist in meeting these families' needs.The candidate must demonstrate an understanding of ROSC (recovery-oriented systems of care) principles, case management and care coordination principles, and have experience working with people with substance use and mental health concerns. This position will serve all counties (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton) of Circuit 1.Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in social services field with at least two (2) years of relevant experience required.
