Job description

Description
The Country Club of Virginia is actively searching for a Security Officer. The main objective of this position is to ensure the security and safety of members, guests, and employees on all Club premises.
Primary responsibilities
  • Routinely patrolling all buildings, parking lots, and property on two campuses
  • Enforcing parking rules and issuing violation notices as needed
  • Assisting the Valet department by directing traffic and/or parking cars as needed
  • Documenting safety/security incidents, writing daily reports at the end of each shift

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours a week. Shifts are Wednesday-Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00PM.
Certifications/Licenses
  • DCJS Unarmed Security Certification (within first three months of employment)
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (CCV will provide)
  • Must have and maintain a good driving record

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • Experience required (2-3 years)
