Are you a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor looking for a supportive environment that values professionalism, high-quality instruction, and continued growth? The Pilates Center at The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a dedicated, certified instructor to join our team!

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in equipment-based Pilates and a solid understanding of Pilates Matwork. Instructors will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging Pilates apparatus training that supports the unique wellness goals of our members, all while upholding the Club's high standard of service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

Nationally recognized Pilates Apparatus Certification required

Proficiency in Pilates Matwork required

Minimum of one year of related experience or training preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills and a commitment to member satisfaction
