Job description

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking full-time unarmed Security Guards to provide security and protection services at the Alcohol Beverage Commission facility in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour. Working hours: 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Company offers mandatory life Insurance, short / long-term disability insurance, and optional medical, dental and vision insurance options. 401k w/ matching, tuition reimbursement program, paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick leave.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Exterior and interior patrol. Patrol area by walking and vehicle as needed.
  • Control traffic flow entering the NC ABC complex.
  • Open all trailers entering the complex.
  • Assist putting together driver paperwork.
  • Log in all visitors and employees on daily log.
  • Maintain truck log for any trucks entering & exiting the facility.
  • Monitor the perimeter of the NC ABC complex and report any incident to the Supervisor.
  • Taking some phone calls.
  • Monitoring security cameras.
  • CCTV monitoring of client property.
  • Access control.
  • Customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of unarmed security experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
