The Role - Foreman - Technology

The Technology Foreman leads the installation and coordination of low voltage systems such as access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and structured cabling. They ensure code-compliant, high-quality work while supervising technicians, managing materials, and supporting project efficiency. With strong technical skills and a focus on safety, customer service, and team development, they help deliver projects on time and within budget.


What You'll Do

  • Install all electrical equipment and material per the project's requirements, National Electrical Code, and the requirements of state and local authorities. Ensure the quality of workmanship for these installations.
  • Be responsible for handling customer contact of both internal and external customers and responding to their needs promptly - meet their requests with a "can do" attitude.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful disposition when communicating with a customer, general contractor, or another subcontractor.
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently complete projects within budget, on time and in a safe manner.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to zero accidents and promote that every accident is preventable through training, risk prevention, and continuous improvement.


What You Bring (Required Experience)

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum of five years' experience with low voltage systems, such as access control, CCTV, fire alarms, structured cabling, etc.
  • Capable of leading a small crew (2 - 5 technicians/electricians) effectively.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or able to obtain certification shortly after the start date.
  • NFPA70E training.
  • Complete OSHA 30.
  • ARC Flash Training.

Bonus Points For (Preferred Experience)

  • Possessing a BICSI certification.
