Responsibilities:
  • Ensure DO & CO systems remain fully operational, secure, and accessible to clients and staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure all system components function effectively.
  • Monitor, maintain, and support company computer systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software while diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop reference materials in accordance with operational procedures and instructions.
  • Maintain effective communication with the global IT team to support ongoing operational success.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality standards regarding company information, employee matters, and business operations.

Qualifications:
  • BA Degree in Information Technology or Systems or Computer Systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, field support or help desk environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and a positive customer support attitude
  • Ability to plan, organize and track tasks and issues with global support team
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices including switch, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points
  • MCSA (Server 2012 or 2016) required, MSCE preferred
  • Experience with Windows 7 and 10
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange Server (2013 or later)
  • CCNA preferred
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Virtualization
  • Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Services
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP(v4) and routing
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs
