Substance Abuse Counselor
We're looking for a Substance Abuse Counselor to join our ACT team-an amazing group of counselors, nurses, therapists, and case managers-supporting adults in the community dealing with substance use and mental health challenges.
In this role, you'll:
  • Complete assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and histories
  • Provide one-on-one and group counseling
  • Offer crisis support and interventions
  • Connect clients to helpful resources like AA and community programs
  • Be an advocate for your client's needs- identifying their strengths and engaging them in their goals
