Pay Range:  11                                                           
Reports to: Election & Compliance Administrator               
Hours:  8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m Monday-Friday*
*Hours/Days will vary depending upon the needs of the department.

What do you need to have?
Bachelor's Degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of three years of related experience in elections administration and staff supervision or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Project Management experience is preferred.

What you will be doing?
At this job you will be working on behalf of the Executive Office, interacting with multiple department managers, assistant managers and other CCBOE staff. You will assist the Executive Office in overseeing projects from initiation to completion.  One of your first projects will be working on the selection and implementation of a new Voter Registration Database.  You will act as the Executive Office Liaison handling all aspects of project management for the new database, including resolution of complex/sensitive issues, timeline management, process notifications and staff training. You will provide assistance to the Executive Office in implementation of other new processes, collecting and compiling data, making recommendations, preparing and presenting reports to all levels of management including presentations to the CCBOE Board Members. You will communicate as needed with municipal officials and Secretary of State. You will act as project manager in other assigned tasks and projects, and will assist in working with management and staff to compile data and coordinate grant submissions to the authorizing agency. You will serve as the Executive Office representatives in meetings, both virtual and in -person as needed. You will meet with departmental Program Coordinators  on a regular basis to provide status updates and reports to the Executive Office. You will conduct business in accordance with federal election guidelines, HAVA, NVRA, Title 35 of the Ohio Revised Code.
