Job description

Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Regional Properties Manager is primarily responsible for all functions and upkeep of the airport advertising programs in the regional portfolio through management of independent contractors carrying out the day-to-day service and maintenance of advertising assets. Regional Property Managers will also work with Business Operations Managers, Account Executives, and advertising clients for sales and with Airport Management staff to implement and maintain our unique sales opportunities and inventory. They play a key role in the success of the business in planning and execution of airport operations and continued revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages of advertising program assets, operations, and independent contractors in each airport.
  • Acts as front line of operations for our airport contract in providing the highest level of service, urgency and communication to our airport partners, sales Account Executives, and external clients.
  • Oversees all ad program inventory within the airport and maintain to ‘like new’ condition while adhering to company operational Standards of Excellence.
  • Troubleshoots and deploy a plan of action to repair or replace printed or digital inventory as needed and, in a manner, to preserve maximum up-time.
  • Monitors CCA digital advertising networks as it relates to uploaded client content for digital campaigns through the CCA digital content management system.
  • Manages and coordinates 3rd party service/maintenance and tech support contractor(s) for access in troubleshooting of printed and digital network inventory.
  • Monitors and reviews Proof of Posting photographs from independent contractors for client campaigns in accordance with company POP Policy and Industry standards.
  • Collaborates with Regional Operations Manager to create and manage capital investment budget for revenue generating resources and ongoing operational expenses.
Job Qualifications
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in the field of Project Management and/or facilities maintenance.
  • Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints. Must be able to work in a team environment. Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Physical Demands

The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Required to lift, pull, push and position ladders, material and equipment, occasionally more than 50 pounds. Required to climb ladders and/or stairs and walk long distances within the airport daily. This job is generally performed in a temperature-controlled airport environment. May be occasionally exposed to dust and fumes. Duties are occasionally performed in the evening or late-night hours.

Other Requirements

10-year FBI Background check required for airport security badging process. Has a valid driver’s license. Access to a reliable vehicle. Able to travel outside of the office up to 50%, could exceed 50% based on project workload, Domestic or Caribbean travel.

The Targeted Compensation Range for this California position is: Min: $82,000 Max: $105,000 Bonus eligible, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
