Job description

Position: Security Specialist

CC Services is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Security Specialist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. As a leading provider of security solutions, CC Services is committed to providing the highest level of protection and safety for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of company personnel, assets and facilities

- Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities

- Monitor and analyze security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarm systems, and take appropriate action in response to any incidents or breaches

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures

- Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for corrective action

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and make recommendations for improvement to existing security measures

- Develop and deliver security training programs for employees to increase awareness and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

- Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and investigations

- Prepare and present security reports to senior management as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in a security role, preferably in a corporate environment
