About The Role: These positions will be available for the surrounding areas of Bloomington, MN and Phoenix, AZ only.
Positions Available:
Accountants:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred, willing to take Business and Economics and 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • In lieu of degree, 3-5 years in an accounting role.
Must have direct experience working on:
  • Journal Entries (JE's)
  • Month End Close Responsibilities
  • Accrual basis accounting experience
  • Income and Expense review/analysis or GL Review
  • Understanding of Balance Sheet (BS), Income Statement (IS), General Ledger (GL)
  • Some experience with financial reporting creation and tie-out of schedules
Additional Experience Items
  • Sales Tax Calculation/Payments
  • Experience with both Revenue/Accounts Receivable and Expense/Accounts Payable
  • Audit and Compliance
Senior Accountant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred, willing to take Business and Economics and 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • In lieu of degree, 5-7 years in a full cycle accounting role.

  • Property Accounting Experience preferred, but not required.
Must have:
  • All Experience of a Senior Accountant (full cycle accounting).
  • Direct Reports within the last 3 years.
