What You'll Do
• Follow all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency requirements, and CBRE policies related to building operations and workplace safety
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials, as well as running errands to support facility projects
- Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility by cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
- Maintain facility grounds, including raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, and snow removal as needed
- Patrol grounds, common areas, and parking facilities; identify and report maintenance hazards or facility condition concerns
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the professional appearance of the building, engineering spaces, equipment, and common areas
- Paint, patch drywall, and complete minor repairs under supervision
- Support office access and office moves, including distributing moving crates, assembling furniture, issuing office keys and nameplates, and maintaining key inventory
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance when required
- Prepare conference and meeting rooms by arranging tables and chairs; set up and break down A/V equipment, TVs, and flip charts as requested
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting or carrying 50 lbs. or more
