Job description

  • Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and verify contents against purchase orders. 
  • Organize, label, and store stock in a safe, clean, and accessible manner. 
  • Scan items and enter data into inventory systems accurately. 
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards. 
  • Load packed orders onto trucks or shipping containers. 
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. 
  • Report inventory issues such as shortages, damages, or undocumented shipments promptly. 
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition. 
  • Assist with packing and labeling returns and damaged goods. 
  • Support cycle counts and regular inventory audits. 
  • Participate in cross-training for shipping, receiving, or quality control tasks. 
  • Provide input on improving processes and operational efficiency. 
  • Assist with shipping documentation and tracking information when needed. 
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
