In a CBD store, your day-to-day tasks often include assisting customers with product selection, answering questions about CBD benefits and usage, processing sales transactions, and restocking shelves. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean, inviting retail space and ensuring compliance with all regulations related to CBD sales. Team members may participate in inventory management, basic marketing efforts, and ongoing product education. Collaboration with coworkers to provide an excellent customer experience is an integral part of the role, making each day engaging and customer-focused.
To thrive as a CBD Store Manager or Associate, you need strong retail management, product knowledge of CBD and wellness products, and a background in customer service or sales. Responsibilities
· Coach and support other team members
· Hire and train new employees for the sales floor
· Maintain and monitor store inventory
· Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
· Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
· Conduct regular audits of the store's physical and practical condition to ensure quality
· Maintain product levels appropriately
· Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store's online presence
· Process sales when necessary
· Generate and review daily sales report
· Handle complaints from customers
· Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines
· Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff
· And all other responsibilities assigned
