Shop Quick Lux is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee complete daily store operations. This role requires leadership, accountability, strong operational skills, and the ability to maintain a professional, productive, and customer-focused environment.

The Store Manager is responsible for employee supervision, inventory management, customer service, store performance, operational compliance, and maintaining company standards.

• Oversee daily store operations and employee performance
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage
• Train, coach, and supervise team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and professionalism
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing accuracy, and product ordering
• Verify completion of opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
• Handle cash management, deposits, and register accountability
• Ensure compliance with tobacco/vape age verification laws
• Help reduce theft, inventory shrinkage, and operational losses
• Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate directly with ownership regarding operational issues, staffing, inventory, and store needs

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous retail management or smoke shop management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Professional appearance and hygiene required
• Comfortable managing employees and enforcing policies
• Basic computer, inventory, and POS system knowledge required

• Smoke shop, vape shop, convenience store, or retail management experience
• Experience managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance
• Knowledge of vape products, cigars, CBD, kratom, and smoke accessories
• Experience handling cash management and operational reporting

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational store
• Ensure employees remain productive and follow company policies
• Improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Minimize inventory loss, theft, and operational errors
• Maintain strong employee accountability and attendance standards
• Security cameras and transaction monitoring systems are actively used
