Job description

Role Overview:
This dynamic role combines the responsibilities of a delivery driver and sales representative. You’ll manage product distribution, build relationships with key retail decision-makers, and increase 3C’s presence in stores through merchandising, strategic product placement, and upselling. You will be tasked with maximizing sales while driving customer satisfaction with face-to-face engagement, all while ensuring product availability and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Route Management:

  • Stock your delivery vehicle each morning with the optimal product mix based on route and customer needs.
  • Execute a daily route with pre-scheduled appointments to meet sales goals and ensure product delivery accuracy.
  • Capture detailed notes on each customer interaction and enter data into HubSpot for real-time tracking.
  • Address customer needs by adjusting inventory and creating action plans for products that need to be replenished.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer demand is met, even if items are not immediately available.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Expand 3C’s footprint by acquiring new customers, increasing product placement in stores, and utilizing in-store POS displays for maximum visibility.
  • Promote our high-growth product portfolio by showcasing the value of 3C products and differentiating them from competitors.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales within your route by upselling, cross-selling, and capitalizing on new product launches.
  • Utilize in-store sampling, promotions, and product displays to drive impulse purchases and trial.

Compliance & Operational Excellence:

  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and legal regulations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in top condition by performing regular checks and basic maintenance.

Performance Metrics:

  • Route Execution Timeliness: Achieve high completion rates for store calls and deliveries.
  • Expansion of Distribution Points (PODs): Measure success in increasing revenue through upselling and repeat sales.
  • Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback on delivery and professionalism to continuously improve service quality.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely documentation of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
