Job description

Comprehensive Management, Inc. (CMI) is a small private for profit management and consulting firm focused on improving performance and productivity while maintaining high quality standards for our not for profit client. 

Essential Duties

  • Update and maintain employee changes in payroll system.
  • Maintain all statutory deductions, voluntary deductions, garnishments, and 401(k) deductions (contributions and loan repayments).
  • Monitor daily punches and enter manual time sheets where applicable.
  • After supervisors approve timecards, thoroughly review and edit all timecards.
  • Timely submit biweekly payroll for processing.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Work Location: 2618 Patriot Blvd, Glenview, IL

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience and certifications

Education and/or Experience: Previous payroll processing experience required. Ability to work independently and complete work in a timely manner. Must have strong organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work with managers and staff. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Paylocity software. Must be able to work flexible hours including staying late on transmission days. Must be able to maintain regular attendance and report to work on time.
