What Will You Do?
As a Senior Data Scientist, Causal Inference + Experimentation at Discord, you will ensure that the statistical underpinnings of our experiments are sound. You will lead initiatives to educate and train cross-functional teams on best practices in experimentation design and causal inference. Additionally, you will empower the Data Science team to use more rigorous causal inference methods while conducting your own research on important Discord priorities.
