We are actively seeking a highly experienced 3DEXPERIENCE / CATIA PLM Consultant to support a leading engineering and product development environment in Dearborn, MI. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V6/3DX, and ENOVIA PLM who are passionate about engineering transformation, workflow optimization, and technical mentorship.

This opportunity involves working closely with engineering teams to drive digital transformation, platform adoption, and enterprise PLM best practices across complex automotive/aerospace product development programs.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mentorship and technical guidance on 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V6, and CATIA 3DX
  • Support seamless integration of engineering workflows with change management processes
  • Develop high-quality training materials, eLearning content, presentations, and hands-on exercises
  • Drive adoption of cloud-based and multi-tool engineering environments
  • Enable engineering teams to transition from traditional CAD platforms to modern PLM ecosystems
  • Train users on ENOVIA PLM functionalities including:
    • Requirements Management
    • Change Management
    • BOM Management
    • Collaborative Product Development
  • Optimize workflows and establish engineering best practices for complex product lines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, PLM, manufacturing, and program teams
  • Support enterprise-wide digital engineering transformation initiatives
Required Skills & Expertise

✔ Expert-level knowledge of CATIA Part, Assembly & Surface Design
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
✔ Deep expertise in ENOVIA PLM and lifecycle governance
✔ Strong understanding of:

  • BOM Management
  • Change Management
  • Configuration Rules
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

✔ Experience with:

✔ Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Ability to train users across multiple technical skill levels

Preferred Qualifications

➤ Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Or related engineering discipline
