Job description

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Digital Sales Representative who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager at our Admin location.
The ideal candidate:
  • Perform member service duties such as fielding inbound inquiries with current members, consulting and providing accurate and updated information on credit union products and services.
  • Advocate new loan promotions, products and services, and communicate to interested members services not currently being used in effort to improve their financial well-being.
  • Open, close, and assist members with various types of accounts and loan products, performing the necessary data entry required and verify new account information accuracy.
  • Originates consumer loan applications, ordering credit reports, determining value of collateral, analyzing information, and verifying information with creditors, applicant, and employers.
  • Be able to understand and sell various loan products that include debt protection, GAP insurance, mechanical repair coverage, and other ancillary products included in loan identification.
A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. We seek candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of similar or related experience in a financial institution.
