Catholic Community Schools is seeking 1st-grade elementary teachers for the 2026-2027 school year.

FTE: 1.0 - Full-time
Salary Range: $36,000 - $50,000, depending on education and experience
Benefits Available: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, Long-term Disability, Retirement, and Tuition Remission.
Job Summary:
The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and state standards. They will use best practices and technology to enhance instruction, differentiate teaching to meet diverse student needs, and assess learning to promote academic growth.
In addition to academic instruction, the teacher will create a faith-filled classroom environment, establish behavioral expectations, and support students' academic and personal development in collaboration with staff, administration, and parents.
As a faith leader, the teacher will guide students in prayer, participate in school Masses, and contribute to their spiritual formation. They will also engage with parents and the school community to support character development.
Professional responsibilities include maintaining student records, participating in professional development and faculty meetings, and upholding the mission, values, and policies of the Catholic school and diocese.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (teaching certification preferred)
