Operations Manager
St. Pius X Catholic Church in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, is seeking a professional, organized, and mission-driven individual to serve as our full-time Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day administration, personnel, facilities, parish operations, and fundraising efforts of the parish. This position plays an important role in supporting our pastor, parishstaff, ministries, and parish community while helping ensure that the parish operates efficiently and effectively in support of its Catholic mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Leadership & Support: Oversee and support parish staff, including supervision, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Facilities & Grounds: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, projects, building use, and scheduling for parish facilities and grounds.
  • Parish Operations: Provide operational leadership and support to parish ministries, programs, and events.
  • Parish Office Management: Direct the daily operations of the parish office, ensuring efficient administrative processes and excellent service to parishioners.
  • Parish Engagement: Proactively engage with the parish community, building positive relationships with parishioners, staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
  • Fundraising & Development: Lead parish fundraising initiatives and support the development and growth of the parish donor base.
  • Administrative Leadership: Work closely with the pastor and parishleadership to identify operational needs, implement solutions, and support the overall mission and growth of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
