Cath Lab Supervisor

Location: Bartlett, Tennessee Work Model: Onsite (Hospital) Job Type: Full-Time

Client is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Supervisor to provide leadership and direction across cardiovascular service lines. This role oversees both administrative and clinical operations within the Cath Lab, Stress Lab, and ECHO departments while ensuring quality patient care delivery, regulatory compliance, staffing efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Cath Lab experience as either a Cath Lab RN or Cath Lab Tech, combined with leadership capabilities and the ability to support direct clinical care when operationally required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision across cardiovascular service lines and Cath Lab operations.
  • Manage administrative and clinical operations for: Cath Lab, Stress Lab, and ECHO areas.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and schedule coverage for safe patient care delivery.
  • Support workflow coordination and operational efficiency within cardiovascular departments.
  • Manage labor and operational budgets while monitoring productivity and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in hiring, disciplinary actions, staff coaching, and performance management.
  • Foster a patient safety and quality-focused work environment.
  • Oversee delivery of high-quality cardiovascular patient care services.
  • Support patient safety initiatives and departmental quality improvement efforts.
  • Provide direct clinical care in the Cath Lab as needed to support patient volumes and department operations.
