Catering Operations Specialist

Position Objective
BIBIBOP is seeking a Catering Operations Specialist to support our Catering Manager with flawless event execution.
Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current guests and partners
  • Manage catering events start to finish - delivery, setup, service, and breakdown
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date logs of current and upcoming catering orders
  • Support store teams with all aspects of catering execution

Schedule
  • Full-time Monday - Friday position with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on event bookings
  • Core weekday hours to support sales outreach, account management, order logistics and home store location
  • Schedule will fluctuate with catering volume and seasonal demand

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Relevant experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with use of both company and personal vehicle, mileage reimbursement with use of personal vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Equipment
  • Monthly cell phone allowanceand company laptop provided to complete all work tasks
