Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria is seeking a Catering Coordinator to help organize, confirm, prepare, and deliver catering orders. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who communicates well, works with urgency, and takes pride in creating a great experience for every guest.

When catering orders are not scheduled, the Catering Coordinator will support the restaurant’s Front of House team by serving guests and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Catering Order Coordination

  • Review and confirm upcoming catering orders for accuracy.
  • Communicate with guests to verify order details, delivery times, addresses, setup needs, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with restaurant leaders and kitchen Team Members to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
  • Check each order for accuracy, food quality, presentation, and all necessary supplies before it leaves the restaurant.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of upcoming and completed catering orders.

Delivery & Guest Service

  • Safely and promptly deliver catering orders to businesses, schools, organizations, events, and other locations.
  • Provide friendly, professional service during every guest interaction.
  • Set up catering orders when requested and ensure the presentation meets Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Communicate promptly with restaurant leadership and guests if an order or delivery concern arises.
  • Follow all food-safety and delivery procedures.

Front of House Support

  • Work in Front of House when catering orders are not available or scheduled.
  • Take guest orders, serve meals, maintain dining-room cleanliness, and assist with other restaurant needs.
  • Demonstrate Chick-fil-A’s standards for hospitality, teamwork, speed, and accuracy.
  • Remain flexible and ready to support the team wherever needed.

Catering Readiness

  • Keep catering equipment, delivery bags, supplies, and storage areas clean and organized.
  • Monitor catering supplies and inform leadership when items need to be reordered.
  • Help prepare for large orders and special events.
  • Support efforts to build strong relationships with catering guests and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Must be comfortable driving and delivering catering orders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to order accuracy.
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with guests by phone and in person.
  • Able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Front of House when not coordinating or delivering catering orders.
  • Catering, restaurant, hospitality, delivery, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry catering orders and supplies.
  • Availability during peak catering periods, including mornings, lunches, and occasional evenings or Saturdays, is preferred.
